WATER ZUMBA - Tuesday and Thursday 12:30-1:30
Join Alejandra for a latin dance party in the pool that will get your
blood pumping and your body grooving. Everyone can work out at their own
pace, but those driving latin beats are sure to inspire you to maximize
your efforts.
WATER WALKING - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11:10- 12:20 A low impact
workout in the water for folks of all ages to a soundtrack of classic
favorites. Kathy, your instructor will warm you up, stretch you out,
strengthen those muscles and give your heart a workout, too.
WATER AEROBICS - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30-6:30 pm
This student-led class uses pool noodles and special dumbells to get in a
low-impact workout. Work out as intensely as you choose to their
ever-changing choice of fun music.
POOL PARTIES AND RENTALS
Need a unique venue for your child's birthday party? Looking for some
warm water to practice your kayak company's safety training? Hoping for an

RED CROSS LIFEGUARDING CLASSES
We offer Red Cross lifeguarding in both a traditional, classroom style
course as well as in a blended learning format that has a portion of the
learning done on-line. Red Cross lifeguarding and shallow water
lifeguarding includes CPR and First Aid certifications and is good for 2
