6:15am Strength Class
8:20am Spinning
9:15am Step Aerobics
11:00am Bike Pear Pt/Turn Pt loop, Meet at Fairgrounds
11:15am Water Walking
11:35am Just ABS
12:00pm Slow and steady walk flat surface airport loop meet at club
NEW 12:00 YOGA
12:25 to 3:00pm Lap Swim
1:00pm Master Swim (coach on deck)
NEW 3:15 - 4:00 SPINNING
4:30 to 5:30pm Lap Swim
5:30pm Water Aerobics
5:30pm Challenger Support Gathering
6:30 to 7:30pm Lap Swim
If you have an activity you would like to start and invite others to join, email me here and I will add it.
All events should wait for others no more than five (5) minutes.
The front desk has a special sign in sheet for ALL Challengers (regardless of membership and programs) this means there will be points credited to all challengers that utilize the facility and Log in journal all outdoors activity.
Please note: All non club member challengers and non program challengers who want to utilize the club will be charged only $5.00. Personal programs are available to you if you choose. There is no charge to join in on any outdoor activities.
Be sure to log all activities you attend and try to remember to take you heart rate.
