Women's Boxing Fit
Our boxing for fitness classes are a complete workout for the cardiovascular system and muscular system. Boxing workouts are great for increasing your strength, endurance, agility and coordination. You will burn fat, build muscle tone and get fit all at the same time. 
These boxing classes are designed to be a high intensity, non contact, full body circuit training workout that will keep you moving the whole time. You will be throwing punches, combinations, you’ll be ducking and weaving or doing squats, abdominal work and other circuit training style workouts. These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and ages so simply come along and one of our friendly trainers will look after you. 
Current Class Schedule:
Monday/Friday: 8:30am. - Wednesday: 8:30am and 10:15am. - Tuesday: 6:ooam, 8:30am, 11:00am, 5:30pm - Thursday: 6:00am, 8:30am, 10:15am, 5:30pm.

Strength Training w/ Jane                                                  Monday/Friday 6:15am - 7:15am
This class combines mat, fitball and TRX suspension moves, together with free weights, to use and target both the major and
minor muscle groups to improve balance, agility and strength. Jane has been teaching this class for several years incorporating
the TRX suspension in 2013 becoming a qualified instructor in January 2014. Each workout is 60 minutes and consists of an
initial warm up and stretching period leading into core and balance work followed with TRX and free weight training. If you have any specific questions please let me know.

Strength Lite w/ Chris                                                       Tuesday/Thusday 9:5am - 10:45am
Strength-Lite is an hour long class using a combination of free weights and floor exercises for all around body toning and strengthening. Each session varies its focus on different muscle groups and inludes core work. Anyone from beginners to seasoned atheletes can get an excellent workout as members are encouraged to work at their own pace.
Following her retirement seven years ago instructor Chris Kearney became a "gym rat" and she also teaches the Step Aerobics class. She is an avid hiker and has traveled all over Europe hiking and biking with her husband.
