6:00am to 3:00 pm Swim Laps as long as you want Meet in the pool (10 min hot tub after)
6:15am Spinning (sign up required)
8:15am Strength Training
8:30am Run Ladies Run Group meet at club, short run
9:00am Mat Pilates
10:00am Strength Lite
NEW 12:00 SPINNING
5:30pm Spinning
Marathon Group Training with Clark 5:30 pm, meet inside club. Tempo Running (starting with 3 miles)
6:00pm Track run or walk meet there
If you have an activity you would like to start and invite others to join, email me here and I will add it.
All events should wait for others no more than five (5) minutes.
The front desk has a special sign in sheet for ALL Challengers (regardless of membership and programs) this means there will be points credited to all challengers that utilize the facility and Log in journal all outdoors activity.
Please note: All non club member challengers and non program challengers who want to utilize the club will be charged only $5.00. Personal programs are available to you if you choose. There is no charge to join in on any outdoor activities.
Be sure to log all activities you attend and try to remember to take you heart rate.
